美国拉洛卡酒庄座落在美国国鸟白头海雕自然保护区内，保护区的自然条件受到美国法律的严格保护。它位于北加州内华达山脉拉什山口海拔800米，远接西海岸活火山土壤肥沃富含矿物质。其所有地下水来自拉什山脉顶峰的融雪，方圆数百里无工厂和任何污染源。

美国拉洛卡酒庄只种植和生产完全有机的葡萄和葡萄酒（即种植条件和酿酒、灌装、包材等条件均为有机）。美国拉洛卡酒庄于1991年开始获得美国的CCOF有机认证和USDA有机认证。引进中国后于2014年又取得了“中国有机认证”。

拉洛卡100%无添加完全有机葡萄酒具有活性酵母，含有非常活跃有益的天然植物酵素。它在特殊工艺条件下酿造葡萄酒过程中不需要任何的化学添加物以及防腐剂。美国拉洛卡酒庄1984年开始从葡萄的栽种到葡萄酒装瓶，绝对无添加二氧化硫(SO2) 和其他任何添加剂。该酒纯手工酿造，酿制时间需要2-3年。

众所周知，各国对添加剂都有严格的标准，特别是二氧化硫，都必须依法在标签上注明。市面上销售的几乎所有的葡萄酒都标注添加了“二氧化硫”。而美国拉洛卡完全有机葡萄酒是不含二氧化硫(SO2)和不添加二氧化硫(SO2)的，故我们的酒标上会注明无添加或不含有二氧化硫(SO2) ，这成为世界唯一。

拉洛卡葡萄酒从种植、采摘、酿制、灌装、包材等，都获得有机认证，所以被称为“皇冠上的明珠”。

2、唯一获得CCOF、USDA有机认证、中国有机认证；

CCOF是美国加州有机农场认证机构，成立于1973年，属于非营利组织。它是专门针对有机产品而设的认证，认证要求和条件都非常之严谨，从种植环境、采摘、酿造、灌装、包材等整个过程都要严格考核。

USDA 有机认证 是美国国家有机认证，成立于1990年。USDA规定：取得CCOF有机认证，即等同于取得了USDA有机认证。

中国有机认证 是中国国家有机认证，成立于2004年。我国规定未获得中国有机认证的产品，不得在国内销售的产品包装及标签上标注"有机"。

3、唯一不含任何添加剂；

USA LaRocca Vineyard is located in the American national bird Bald Eagle Nature Reserve where is protected and managed strictly by U.S. law. It is on the Rush Mountain in Sierra Nevada of Northern California, with an elevation of 800 meters above sea level. And it is near the active volcano on the west coast, soil rich in minerals. All groundwater come from melting snow at the summit of Rush mountain. There is no any factories and any sources of pollution hundredsofmilesaway.

USA LaRocca Vineyard plants and produces only organic grapevines and wines. It means every details that is from planting, brewing, filling to packaging are organic. USA LaRocca Vineyard got both USDA and CCOF certifications in 1991. After wines were imported in China, they obtained the "China Organic Certification" in 2014.

USA LaRocca organic wine, with active yeast, contains active and beneficial natural plant enzymes. In a special wine-making process, there is no need any chemical additives and preservatives to brew wine. From grapevines planting to wines bottling, USA LaRocca Vineyard absolutely doesn't add sulfur dioxide(SO2) and any other additives began in 1984. It takes 2-3 years to brew wines because they are hand-brewed.

As we all know, every country has its own strict standards for additives in wine, especially sulfur dioxide(SO2). According to rules, sulfur dioxide(SO2) must be marked on the label. Almost all wines are sold on market being marked with "sulfur dioxide(SO2)". However, USA LaRocca Vineyard wines are no need to be marked such labels as they don’t have SO2 and any additives, that is, being marked with “no sulfur added” or “no sulfur detected”. USDA organic certification founded in 1990, is the U.S. national organic certification. USDA stipulates obtaining the CCOF organic certification means obtaining the USDA certification.

China organic certification founded in 2004, is China national organic certification. In China, it is not allowed to be labeled “organic” on selling product packaging without China organic certification.
