To promote the construction of Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone and the National Comprehensive Demonstration Zone for Expanding Opening-up in the Service Sector, Beijing will further open up 20 areas in the medical & health field.

为推进“ 两区”建设，在医疗健康领域，北京将在20个方面扩大开放。

Pan Suyan, director of Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals, said that Beijing has selected 10 demonstrative wards for clinical research.

北京市医管局主任潘苏彦介绍说，我们在全市范围内遴选的10家示范性研究型的病房：

One goal is to promote innovative development in medical science. The other goal is to provide a number of high-level clinical trial platforms for pharmaceutical and medical equipment manufacturers.

目的一是推动我们医学这个发展当中的一些从0—1的原始创新，由研究者发起的临床研究，再一个目的就是为我们的药品和医疗设备器械的生产企业提供一批高水平的临床试验的平台。

This year, the city will also select a second batch of 5-10 health institutions for the construction of demonstrative research wards. In addition, 13 hospitals such as Peking Union Medical College Hospital and China-Japan Friendship Hospital have obtained license to conduct stem cell clinical research. 92 hospitals have started online diagnosis and treatment. As the first group of international medical pilot hospital, 8 hospitals are currently promoting collaboration with international insurance companies. Dong Guijiao, deputy head of Changping district, said the medical and health industry will play an important role in the construction of the two Zones in the district.

今年本市还将遴选出第二批5到10家卫生机构开展示范性的研究型病房建设。除此之外，北京协和医院、中日友好医院等13家医院获得干细胞临床研究资格。已经有92家医院开展互联网诊疗。8家医院作为首批国际医疗试点医院，正在积极推进与国际保险开展实时结算等等。昌平区副区长董贵蛟告诉记者，昌平区也将在“ 两区”建设中发挥医药健康产业的优势：

Now, Zhongguancun Life Science Park has gathered a number of top scientific research institutions including the National Institute of Biological Sciences, a group of top scientists and over 150 high-level talents. More than 500 innovative enterprises have settled here. New cancer drugs have been officially approved for sale, and achievements with global influence, such as the COVID-19 antibody drug, have been put into use.

目前中关村生命科学园已经聚集了北京生命科学研究所等一批顶级的科研机构，汇集了王晓东、谢晓亮等一批顶尖科学家和150多位高层次人才，入驻了500 多家创新型企业。诺成建华研发的一类抗癌新药Saab Teenie已正式获批上市。新冠病毒综合抗体药物等一批具有全球影响力的重磅成果，已进入临床。
