Responsibilities:

- Measure and evaluate network performance of OS, Cloud, and applications

- Developing tools and applications for network performance monitoring and optimization

- Optimize performance of OS, Network stack, and Applications

- Develop new transport protocols for new types of applications

Required Experience and Skills:

- Master in C, Java, or Python programming

- Familiarity with multi-thread programming, ing, and XML

- Experience with DevOps of networking infrastructure

- Passionate, self-driven, and result-oriented

Desired Experience and Skills:

- Experience with multi-thread programming and ing

- Deep understanding of networking and socket programming

- Experience with Linux, Container, OpenStack, and Cloud technologies

Competencies:

- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent

- 3+ years development experience in OS Kernel, Networking, Performance, and/or relevant areas
