最近,一位賣家被逼得忍無可忍更改主圖祭奠跟賣者,並哀悼道:“各位跟賣者,一路好走啊!”

看了這張圖,一股難以言表的悲憤與淒涼撲面而來,看到這張圖,彷彿就能看到賣家朋友那充滿着悲憤、怨恨、淒涼、無力的神情。在中國的文化裏,給活人送花圈是極大的羞辱,但如果不是被逼到了極點,忍無可忍,我相信這位賣家朋友是不會這麼做的。

旺季一到,各種牛鬼蛇神都跑出來蹭這波流量高峯季,想盡一切辦法搞垮對手!說實話,現在的跟賣操作手段真的像“社會”,之前做跟賣的賣家大多是按照亞馬遜規則正常出牌。

既然如此,爲什麼有跟賣存在?因爲,亞馬遜爲了保證消費者能夠以更低的價格獲得更好的體驗,所以平臺規定:正規跟賣必須和平臺已有listing一模一樣。

其實要理解跟賣的意思很簡單,必須保證你出售的產品和已有listing一模一樣就是。不管是產品外觀還是logo,包括型號。以蘋果手機爲例,如果是64GB內存的iphone7,你跟賣的也必須是64GB的iphone7,至於有沒有蘋果公司授權,其實不是最重要。(小派要提醒一下,明年起在亞馬遜上跟賣蘋果相關產品需要得到授權哦!)

舉個簡單的例子:這個是賣Iphone7 手機的listing,顯示有179個跟賣者如圖:

再看具體跟賣賣家截圖,按規則出牌的賣家類似這樣的跟賣,我手裏有一款iphone7相同的手機,用了一個月,現在已Used(二手)的形式出售。

當然,買家收到貨給出的差評也是在這個listing。

所以,儘管跟賣的風氣越來越猖獗,但對做跟賣的賣家知道這麼做很容易封號,目前還是心存警惕的。我總結了三封郵件,基本上可以趕走90%的跟賣賣家。

第一封:

Hi,

We noticedthat you are not authorized online retailer for XXXXbrandproducts and you have listed the particular item(s) ASIN:XXXXXXXXX, which is sold exclusively by XXXXauthorized retailers.

As you may be aware, the unauthorized selling of XXXXproducts is an illegal action that seriously infringes TrademarkLaw. As the Trademark owner we did not sell you, nor authorize youto sell, anyXXXX branded products. Also you are againstAmazon's policy.

We kindly request that you follow our instructions:

a) Remove your offers from all XXXX product pages onamazon.com within 24 hours, and do not list items on XXXX’sproduct pages in the future.

b) Send us confirmation after you have removed the previouslystated products and listings.If you don't comply with these demands, we'll have no choice but tofile an official claim with the amazon.com Seller PerformanceDepartment, which will seriously impact your Amazonperformance.

如果你沒有註冊商標,可以在USPTO上面找和你相似產品的註冊商標,然後PS之後發給跟賣的人。

如果第一封過去,有些人沒走。再來第二封:

Second time to warn you to remove yourlisting on XXXX’s product page!!!

Doyou know A-to-z Guarantee claims can cause a listing blocked oreven accounts to death...

最後把第一封郵件內容附在後面,這時候稍微珍惜自己賬號的賣家,都會選擇放棄跟賣。還有些死皮賴臉的,會選擇不同的小號來跟賣,這時候需要你晚上起牀抓跟賣賬號了。

連續3-5天,可能會抓到他好幾個不同的跟賣賬號,也側面說明這是一個有經驗的跟賣賣家。

當你熬夜拿到他所有的跟賣賬號,你直接可以發第三封郵件過去。

第三封:

Hello

We have observed your actions for several consecutive nights;

I have confirmed that you have the following Amazon stores

店鋪3.。。。。。

If you don’t stop the infringement actions

We will think that you have multiple account operations and will complain to Amazon

當跟賣賣家知道你手裏有他這麼多店鋪,都會停止跟賣。幾乎不會因爲有人因爲跟賣,把自己所有賬號搭進去。

以上3步驟是根據跟賣賣家的心理變化進行發郵件,你可以表現得更有理有據,這樣會更有效果!
