　　由西安外国语大学英语协会（XEC）主办，西安二十高校英语社团承办的第十四届二十高校联盟英语演讲比赛决赛，在我校实验楼A区306教室举办。经过节目表演，命题演讲和评委提问三个环节的比拼，西安建筑科技大学马时宇同学获得一等奖。

　　比赛主题

　　With the development of society, more and more universities seek for communication and corporation. Universities tend to form alliance so that both the school and their students can benefit in the course of the cooperation. So as student, what is your opinion on the issue of university alliance and individual development?
