在2020年7月下旬時美國《Toyota》才發表了在裏裏外外都增添了些許新意的 2021年式《Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition》，首度提供的第三排座椅設定讓車輛實用機能獲得了提升。日前俄國Toyota Russia也替當地銷售《Toyota Land Cruiser 200》相當受到歡迎的高階定位《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》進行了產品升級的動作。

根據Toyota Russia在2020年7月15日正式所發佈的資訊指出，身爲當地販售《Toyota Land Cruiser 200》車系中高階定位的《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》在2020年1至6月囊括了車系近半的45.4%銷售比重，而由此次的升級動作Toyota Russia希望能夠進一步強化《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》在當地市場的產品戰力。
首先在外觀部分《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》換上了經過重新設計的專屬樣式水箱護罩、保險桿、燻黑樣式頭燈、霧燈飾框、20吋鋁圈以及Executive Lounge字樣銘牌讓身爲車系旗艦的《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》更顯精緻。至於在車內部分《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》也換上了全新樣式的座椅、門飾板以及黑色頂篷突顯豪華氛圍，此外也將具備14支揚聲器的JBL音響系統列爲標準配備。

在俄國市場上《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》能夠依消費者各自的喜好選擇搭配4.6升V8汽油引擎或者是4.5升V8柴油引擎，分別能夠輸出309匹以及249匹的最大馬力，而包含BSM盲點偵測警示、RCTA後方側向車流警示等多項主動安全防護功能的Toyota Safety Sense科技也將納入《Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Executive Lounge》標準配備清單。
