五礦資源（01208）發佈公告，於2022年8月2日，賣方MMG Dugald River Pty Ltd（公司的間接全資附屬公司）與 Minmetals North-Europe 就賣方向 Minmetals North-Europe 銷售並於2023年交付該產品而訂立 Dugald River 鋅精礦銷售協議。

該產品爲集團於其位處澳洲昆士蘭州西北部的 Dugald River 礦山產出的鋅精礦。
