這次考試:Section 1 與Section 4 是填空題。Section 2 與Section 3 是匹配題和選擇題，其中出現地圖匹配題。Section 3語速較其它部分快。音頻中的長難句較多，幾乎不會出現與題目中一樣的關鍵詞，因此特別考驗同義轉換的熟練程度，反應要快。每道題之間提示語很少，稍作猶豫就會錯過後面的聽力部分，要注意跟上節奏。

雅思寫作

Task 1: 餅圖。

Task 2: When new town is planned, it is more important to develop public parks and sports facilities than shopping centres for people to spend their free time in. Do you agree or disagree？

這是一道典型的雙方對比題型，可採取Discuss both views and give your opinion的回答方式，即對修公園和體育設施，以及修建購物中心的好處各自論述，然後對不支持的一方給出缺點，隨即得出個人觀點。這種寫法的好處在於能夠全面地回答題目問題，而且利於想出觀點。以下爲不同解題方式的一種：

修建公園的好處：

1. 修建公園（build parks），家人可以一起野餐（have a picnic），鍛鍊（have physical exercises together），一其觀看舉辦的演唱會或其他娛樂項目（watch organised concerts or other recreational activities），增進感情（foster bonding time with families）

2. 發展體育設施（develop sports facilities），更方便與朋友家人可以一起去鍛鍊，互相鼓勵, 更加有動力（become more motivated），帶來健康的好處（bring some health benefits）。

修建商場的好處：

1. 週末與朋友一起去購物，生活更加豐富（enrich their life），喫飯，買衣服有更多的選擇（provide a wide range of choices of eating and buying cloth）。

缺點：自己容易過度消費（over-consumption）, 而且偏向於在繁忙的工作後通過運動的方式放鬆壓力（relieve pressure of a hectic life），有利於健康(be beneficial to health)。
