Firstly, after the trade agreement is reached, both parties should start taking advantage of the friendly political atmosphere from that day on to improve bilateral relations in other fields. Secondly, the two sides should collaborate economically by leveraging the possibility of the financial reform and inviting US financial institutions to play a role in China's domestic financial market. In the meantime, Chinese enterprises should also participate in the US market. Trade talks are ongoing. As for my predictions and insights, the two parties will definitely reach an agreement. The two countries need such an agreement. China needs it for the domestic macro economy, so does America. Kevin Rudd has been actively supporting the local development of Chinese people in Australia. \"Regardless of the present, the past, or the future, I will always be proactively supportive.\"\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp class=\"ql-align-justify\"\u003E \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp class=\"ql-align-justify\"\u003E陸克文說,在他從小生長的地方,從來沒有華人。母親雖然只是小學畢業,卻對世界充滿好奇。13歲時,母親給了他一張報紙,上面報道了中國重返聯合國的消息。母親對他說,中國的未來很重要,中國將來對澳大利亞來說很重要。一年後,澳大利亞時任總理高夫·惠特拉姆訪華,與中國建立了外交關係。受這些因素的影響,高中畢業後,陸克文進入澳大利亞國立大學學習漢語,從此與中國結下不解之緣。\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp class=\"ql-align-justify\"\u003EKevin Rudd said that there were no Chinese people where he grew up. Even though his mother only went to elementary school, she was curious about the world. When he was 13, his mother showed him the news coverage on newspaper that China returned to the United Nations. The mother told him that China's future was vital and that China would be crucial to Australia in the future. A year later, Former Australian Prime Minister Gough Whitlam visited China and established diplomatic relations with China. Under such influences, after graduating from high school, Kevin Rudd went to the Australian National University to study Chinese.
