近日，EDQM发布《5.1.5. Application of the F concepts to heat sterilisation 5.1.5 热力灭菌工艺中F值的运用（修订草案）》，该文件给出了Fx值（F0或FH值）的计算方法：

DT = D-value of the micro-organism at temperature T;

温度为T时某微生物的D值

D1 = D-value of the micro-organism at temperature T1;

温度为T1时某微生物的D值

D2 = D-value of the micro-organism at temperature T2;

D2=温度为T2时某微生物的D值

N0= initial number of viable micro-organisms;

N0=初始活菌数

N = final number of viable micro-organisms;

N=最终存货菌数

T = temperature.

T=温度

关于湿热灭菌计算F0值的参考温度，要求为121℃，Z值=10。

关于干热灭菌计算FH值的参考温度，要求为160℃，Z值=20。

关于湿热灭菌F0值累计的最低温度，要求≥110℃

关于干热灭菌FH值累计的最低温度，要求≥140℃

关于D值的报告，规定只有在确定实验条件下，D值才是有意义的。
