Guizhou Qian Bao silver coin is a famous commodity of Guizhou silver coin. In the sixteen years of Guangxu, Qian Bao was rare and rare. Guizhou Qian Bao silver coin is one of the most rare silver coins in modern coins. Many collectors at home and abroad have been searching for it for decades. "Sixteen years Guangxu Guizhou official furnace made" Qianbao silver coin: diameter 39mm, thick 2.5mm, weight 26 grams, good color, no record value units, only in the lower central circle of the "Qian Bao" (erect, "Er Bao"), to express Guizhou currency or Guizhou money. In addition to the "central treasure" in the central circle of the coin, there are two patterns of flower and vine around the center, and a flower at the top of the upper edge. The quality of the product is natural, silver, dazzling, and the voice is crisp and lingering.

In the past, Guizhou, which had "no three days of heaven, no three li flat, no 32 silver", was developed late because of local barren and remote reasons. Although the Qing Dynasty set up the money, there was no modern machine mint. However, it is known as the ghost place and the Warring States period in the middle of the Guizhou Province, but there is a great treasure "Qian Bao" silver cake to the Tibetan family, which is worth discussing.

The stock of Qian Bao silver coin. In the period of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, the economy of Guizhou was relatively backward, and the closed roads were closed, and the public needed to exchange salt, cloth and so on. The transportation was mainly on the back of the man and the horse, and the amount of silver money needed by the market exchange was not much, and the basic amount of money was copper money. There is no information on the amount of silver coins of Qian Bao. I think that the amount of casting will not be much because of the limited technical conditions; and the minority nationality in Guizhou has a silver coin to make jewelry. In the 1981 edition of the Catalogue of Chinese Silver Dollars and Silver Coins, Hong Kong coin scholar Zhang Juan wrote: "Qianbao Silver Coins have only a few in the hands of collectors so far".
