國家衛生健康委員會官方網站消息，4月24日0—24時，31個省（自治區、直轄市）和新疆生產建設兵團報告新增確診病例12例，其中11例爲境外輸入病例，1例爲本土病例（黑龍江1例）；無新增死亡病例；新增疑似病例3例，其中2例爲境外輸入疑似病例，1例爲本土疑似病例（北京1例）。

Chinese health authority said Saturday that it received reports of 12 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases on the mainland for Friday, of which 11 were imported.

The other one was domestically transmitted in Heilongjiang province, the National Health Commission said in a daily report.

No death was reported Friday on the mainland. Three new suspected cases — two imported ones and one locally transmitted in Beijing — were also reported for Friday.

當日新增治癒出院病例89例，解除醫學觀察的密切接觸者566人，重症病例減少8例。

Eighty-nine patients of COVID-19 were discharged from hospitals Friday on the Chinese mainland.

境外輸入現有確診病例720例（含重症病例25例），現有疑似病例14例。累計確診病例1629例，累計治癒出院病例909例，無死亡病例。

Of the total imported cases, 909 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, and 720 were being treated in hospitals with 25 in severe conditions.

No deaths had been reported from the imported cases.

截至4月24日24時，據31個省（自治區、直轄市）和新疆生產建設兵團報告，現有確診病例838例（其中重症病例49例），累計治癒出院病例77346例，累計死亡病例4632例，累計報告確診病例82816例，現有疑似病例17例。累計追蹤到密切接觸者729287人，尚在醫學觀察的密切接觸者8493人。

Altogether 77,346 patients had been discharged from hospitals after recovery by the end of Friday, the commission said.

As of Friday, 82,816 confirmed COVID-19 cases had been reported on the mainland, and 4,632 people had died of the disease.

湖北無新增確診病例，新增治癒出院病例24例（武漢24例），無新增死亡病例，現有確診病例23例（武漢23例），無重症病例。累計治癒出院病例63593例（武漢46441例），累計死亡病例4512例（武漢3869例），累計確診病例68128例（武漢50333例）。無新增疑似病例，無現有疑似病例。

No newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in central China's Hubei province for Friday.

On Friday, the province reported no new deaths from COVID-19.

The commission said 24 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospital after recovery in the province Friday, all of whom were in the provincial capital of Wuhan.

Also on Friday, 29 newly-added asymptomatic cases, including four from abroad, were reported on the mainland. One asymptomatic case from abroad was re-categorized as a confirmed case, and 24 people, 10 of whom were from abroad, were freed from medical observation, according to the commission.

The commission said 983 suspected asymptomatic cases, including 150 from abroad, were still under medical observation.

累計收到港澳臺地區通報確診病例1508例。其中，香港特別行政區1035例（出院725例，死亡4例），澳門特別行政區45例（出院27例），臺灣地區428例（出院264例，死亡6例）。

By Friday, 1,035 confirmed cases including four deaths had been reported in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), 45 confirmed cases in the Macao SAR, and 428 in Taiwan including six deaths.

A total of 725 patients in Hong Kong, 27 in Macao and 264 in Taiwan had been discharged from hospitals after recovery.
